Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns of:
- Custom orders
- Earrings that have been removed from their original packaging

Information about exchanges and returns
We hope you love our products! If you are not satisfied, you can change ithem or returned them in 14 days. We don´t accept packet if you didn´t contact to us first.
There shall be no exchange or return products that are not in the same condition in which you received. We do not return products that are used or removed from their original packaging.
Once we receive the item, and ensure that it meets our conditions of sale set out above, we will give the refund, except the shipping charges that deducted from the total. Shipping costs for returning the package are the responsibility of the customer
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect address: The order will be sent to the address you entered at the time you made the purchase. In case of an incorrect address you can buy the re-shipping once we receive the packet to re-resend your order. No refunds given.
- Any delay due to customs, weather, saturation, specially in holiday times.
- Unclaimed packages (you can buy the re-shipping to re-resend your order). No refunds given.
Please make sure you choose the shipment that fits your needs. All orders that are in stock will be sent between 1-2 business days, for custom orders between 3-5 days. Custom orders can not be canceled or returned.
- Regular and free shipping: Not tracked and not insured so we are not responsible for any loss or delay of the package.
- Registered shipment: Tracked and insured. In case of loss we can put a claim to the post office and we will send you another item with no extra cost.
Due to the COVID-19 there may be delays due to customs issues that are completely beyond our control. If you have not received your package after 10 weeks, please contact us.
The timings are given as an estimation. There can be delays during Holidays like Christmas. Please, read our shop policies to make sure your order will be arrived in time.
All orders that are in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days, for custom orders within 7-10 days. Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned.
Shipments are made through the company CORREOS Spain and UPS, the delivery times:
- Spain and Portugal: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of countries: 10-20 business days
There may be customs delays that are completely beyond our control. If after a month you have not received your package, please contact us.
How to care your jewelry
Over time, brass and silver oxidize naturally. To keep the jewelry shiny it is advisable to clean them from time to time with a little vinegar or using special wipes that carry a mild acid and helps restore the original shine. You can find it in jewelry stores or drugstores. Use only specific products to clean jewelry as other products can be corrosive and could damage it.
Brass is a metal alloy formed by copper and zinc, like any metal it is advisable not to wet the earrings and remove them before taking a shower, bathing in the sea or swimming pool.
How to open your septum correctly
To place the septum, open it gently by twist it on the side, because the ring is 1 mm, it should be done gently and never up. open it always to the same side to keep it longer.
