EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

They can return the articles in the 14 days after delivery.

Request a cancellation within a period of 12 hours after purchase.

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns of:

  • Custom orders
  • Piercings
  • Earrings that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Jewelry with 24k gold plating and rose gold

Information about exchanges and returns

We hope you like our products! If you are not satisfied, You can exchange or return it within fourteen days of receiving it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To request an exchange or return, you must verify that your order meets the following conditions:

  • The product must not be used.
  • It must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received

No exchange or return will be made for products that are not in the same condition as when you received them, or that have been removed from their original packaging in the case of earrings and piercings.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Once we receive the merchandise and verify that it meets our previously stated sales conditions, we will process your refund, excluding shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do our best to ensure you receive your item in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or broken product, please contact us and we will send you a new one at no extra cost. A defective product is one that is broken or damaged upon receipt. We are not responsible for misuse of the product once it has been used.

All our products are handmade, so they may have minor imperfections.

You can cancel your order, free of charge, provided you notify us before shipment has been processed. Personalized orders cannot be canceled or returned.

SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. Please ensure your mailing address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address or if the package is unclaimed. In this case, you will be charged the reshipping fee once we receive the returned package.

If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom orders take 3-5 business days and are handled through Correos España (Spanish Postal Service).

All shipments have a tracking number and are insured.
